Ethyx Club does not share any Personal Information with these third-party websites or agents or advertisers. However,Ethyx Club reserves the right to share with You the advertisements on behalf of any other parties.

The venue of such Arbitration shall be the city of Chennai, India and language of Arbitration shall be English.
